The purpose of this service is to assess the English proficiency levels of adults in a context where English is learned and used as a foreign language. Interested suppliers must provide a reliable and validated placement or proficiency tool to determine a learner's current level of English proficiency. The tool must be accessible remotely on mobile devices. It will be used for a large group of adult beneficiaries, who may require a step-by-step guide to complete the test.The selected supplier will sign a framework agreement that will serve as an overarching contract for the entire service, with a maximum duration of three years. Once the framework agreement is signed, the supplier and the British Council will execute call-off contracts based on the specific and actual business needs of the British Council.
