What is being bought
New Gorbals Housing Association (NGHA) wish to award a Framework Agreement for the provision of clerk of works services. The framework will be tendered as a single lot with a maximum of three providers appointed to the framework.
The framework term is an initial period of 36 months with the option of one further 12 month extension period which may be exercised wholly at the discretion of NGHA.
