Children and Young People – Early intervention and Prevention Service in Hertfordshire

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice following a competitive process for Children and Young People (CYP) Behavioural Intervention Support Programme in Hertfordshire. <br/><br/>The Service will commence on 1st of September 2026 to 1st September 2028 (2 years), with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further one year. <br/><br/>The total contract value including extensions is £300000<br/><br/>Key Criteria was assessed as follows: <br/><br/>Key Criteria: Quality & Innovation - 40%<br/>Key Criteria: Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice - 10%<br/>Key Criteria: Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability - 40%<br/>Key Criteria: Social Value - 10%<br/>Key Criteria: Value - Pass/Fail. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 26/08/2026 . This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.<br/><br/>Award decision makers: NHS England - East of England<br/><br/>No conflict of interest were identified during the process.<br/><br/>The chosen provider was selected due to achieving the highest scores across the key criteria used. The provider has been assessed and passed against the relevant basic selection criteria.
