key tasks are:
- Shaping the RFQ
- Supporting procurement and evaluation of bids submitted
- Managing and challenging the consultants once appointed
- Project management to ensure expected outcomes and deadlines are met
Indicative timescales are for a mid-July start, two to three months consulting work, with
their report produced for November and presented to a Board in December 2026.
