- Two new targets have been added to the FREDDs training kits by DfT and the associated developers, with which operational dogs must be certified to maintain their capability. DfT will be funding the bolt-on certifications by Redline (as the only approved certifier) for the two new target materials (Targets 9 and 10), which will enable initial testing of each Dog on the new targets.
