The two surveys should build on the previous surveys already completed to ensure continuity – reports from this previous work can be viewed here on gov.uk.<br/>The following survey elements are needed:<br/>1.1. Identification of a representative sample of people who fish for recreation in the sea and who are willing to keep catch diaries throughout 2025 and 2026, using an appropriate, cost-effective method.<br/>1.2.
