- How the procedure runs: Two stage Stage One - PSQ - Request to Participate Stage Two - ITT - Tender Response Up to eight Suppliers for each Lot achieving the highest scores in respect of the Shortlisting Criteria (within the PSQ Questions and sub questions within Part 4 of the document), will advance to the next stage and will be issued with a notification informing them that they have been shortlisted. Qualified Suppliers whose scores in respect of the Shortlisting Criteria do not place them within the highest scoring group shall be de-selected at this point. They will be notified of this, including a statement of reasons, as soon as possible.

Deadline for the expressions of interest to participate in the Preliminary Market Engagement is 12 noon on Monday 15th September 2025.
Please submit your request to: [email protected] stating the name(s) and contact details of each member wishing to attend (a maximum of two members will be permitted).
After receipt of your expression of interest the slide Presentation pack will be sent to you for your reference prior to the session on 16th September 2025.
Any questions you may have regarding this project will be answered in the Presentation session.
