Contractor performance in performing the duties as set out in the contract documentation will be monitored by the Association's nominated person(s). Should there be any issues with the Contractor's performance, a meeting will be held to discuss the issues. If the performance did not improve or meet the expectations of the contract, written formal warnings will be issued leading to if necessary the termination of the contract.
