        "description": "The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is seeking Catering Training for Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).   This notice is an early engagement notice as the MoJ would like to engage with the market first before carrying out further procurement activity for this requirement. \nHer Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) provide meals every day for over 80,000 prisoners, therefore there is a requirement that catering staff have the appropriate qualifications.\nThe MoJ requires the following qualifications;\n•\tLevel 4 in Food Hygiene (Diploma).\n•\tLevel 4 in Food Hygiene (refresher)\n•\tLevel 3 in Food Hygiene (Intermediate).\n•\tLevel 3 in Food Hygiene (refresher).\n•\tHealth and Nutrition (intermediate) \n•\tHACCP Awareness (Level 3)\n•\tAllergen Awareness.\n•\tBasic food and Hygiene (Level 2)\nIf you would like to register your interest for this requirement, please follow the following steps.\n1.\tPlease register on the following portal to view further information about this requirement;\nhttps://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html\n2.\tPlease review the information and submit your answers to the MoJ’s questions through the Bravo portal.\nThis notice is for Information only and the Authority reserves the right to not proceed to tender. Additionally the Authority (MoJ) reserves the right to discontinue the tendering process and not to award the contract. The information contained in this notice, including information relating to the nature and scope of the requirements, the estimated value, the service classification of this requirement or the list of CPV codes, is only indicative of current thinking and is neither exhaustive nor binding and the Authority reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend it at the time of issue of any further notice or notices or at any other time. The publication of this notice in no way obliges the Authority to commence any competitive tender process. The Authority is not/shall not be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in participating in this market engagement exercise. Any contracts are subject to the relevant legal and Cabinet Office controls and policies.
