This contract will assist by supporting Justice Social Workers (JSW) and the Scottish Prison Service (SPS) to assess and manage the level of risk posed by certain individuals to the public and to inform their case management needs.\nA summary of the Service Providers responsibilities is as follows;\n-Bug/issue fixing as and when identified by users;\n- Service Help Desk (email/helpdesk number) as central\npoint of contact for raising any system\nerrors/issues and addressing these promptly and\neffectively;\n- Security patching where dictated in support of the\ndevelopment/test instance;\n- Release management, system updates and installation;\n- Provide advice and support to all agencies using the\nsystem on an ongoing basis;\n- Where new content/change requests are identified and\napproved by the Scottish Government, the IT Managed\nService Provider will develop, test, and implement\nnew applications and provide appropriate guidance\nand support to users;\n- Until the system is migrated to cloud, in order to\nmaintain the high security level of the PSN system,\na series of annual IT health checks (including PEN\ntests) require to be carried out.  In addition, a\ndetailed audit log requires to be maintained to\ncapture all actions within the database.\n- Maintain close communication with the Scottish\nGovernment through a representative attending\nquarterly meetings of the LS/CMI Change Board to\nensure effective communication between all agencies\nabout the cause and effects of any changes that are\nto be installed to the system.",
