What is being bought
East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership (ELHSCP) is seeking interest from providers to develop high quality and innovative, care at home services for adults with a learning disability in new housing (individual tenancies with “core and cluster”). We are committed to maximising the use of community resources, individual’s networks, and enhanced telecare to deliver on supporting individuals to achieve their outcomes and are seeking interest from providers to work in partnership for this approach.
ELHSPC currently expect 3 new housing developments to be available in East Lothian, for adults with a learning disability, within the next 6 months, supporting up to 14 individuals with 24 hour care requirements.
