Coverage: 125 active published awards; 125 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The models of support being deployed reflect the national policy of promoting independence and responsibility, enabling people to feel safe, improving health, wellbeing and social inclusion, improving skills and confidence. This will be achieved through supporting adults with a Learning Disability to have a say, listening, respecting and responding to them in a reliable and positive way, by helping them develop life skills and by providing opportunities to access a range of activities that promote this. Supported Living services not only include care and support at home, personal care and housing support services but include as key features; improving community involvement, access to education, training and paid employment opportunities. The Provider must demonstrate that individuals spend a significant part of their time with people who do not have a Learning Disability or are paid carers i.e. access to services in the wider community, the same as anyone else would do, either with or without support, thus enabling individuals to lead a full life. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from contracting with the Council if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Information on this will be collected during prequalification.
