    "description": "The cancer and diagnostics projects covered by this business case is for the programme’s non ETAP activity. Approval is required to allow the WT&E directorate to fulfil its strategic aims of growing and transforming the workforce to meet service demand in line with Long Term Workforce Plan and 10 Year Plan ambitions.\nThis budget of £26,565,991 supports existing education programmes (identified in ETAP – Education and Training Activity Plan) and provides infrastructure that delivers additional workforce training and education needs.
