    This Prior Information Notice has been issued to alert the market for the possible procurement of neutralising antibodies. Suppliers should submit expressions of interest. Interested parties will be able to submit any questions regarding this PIN via Atamis. The Department welcomes discussions with interested parties on areas of interest including, (but not limited to): - provision of a value for money solution for the UK tax payer; - creating mechanisms (including but not limited to agreements) to secure long-term, guaranteed supply contracts with 'step-in' rights in the event of future pandemics.
