Coverage: 177 active published awards; 170 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
NIW’s Transport Management Group (TMG) has responsibility for a fleet of approximately 500 commercial vans in its fleet. Replacement vans are usually purchased outright on an annual basis, creating a requirement for post-delivery enhancements including shelving units, power outlets, hand washing units, conspicuity lighting, Hi-Viz chevrons, company livery, fitment of GPS tracking units and tow bars. This Contract is for the post-delivery fit out of NIW vehicles. NIW intends to order items under this contract as and when a need is identified. Additionally, NIW may also require ad-hoc ‘retrofit’ to older vans as and when required.
