Coverage: 115 active published awards; 109 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Border Force is a law enforcement command within the Home Office (the ‘Authority’). The Authority secures the UK border by carrying out immigration and customs controls for people and goods entering the UK and, in the course of its operations, it may detain and/or seizes High Risk High Value (HRHV) Goods at the border which are sometimes adopted for onward investigation by the National Crime Agency or Immigration Enforcement under the appropriate legislation, depending on the circumstances of the detention/seizure. The National Crime Agency and Immigration Enforcement also detain/seize HRHV Goods through their inland operations which require the use of a Haulage, Storage and Disposal suite of contracts, including utilisation of Border Force storage facilities.
