Coverage: 6 active published awards; 5 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) will be transitioned out of HSE into MHCLG. To support this transition, HSE is seeking a 12 month contract extension of the current contract that is in place with PA Consulting (PA) for the design and build of a case management system for BSR.
The contract extension is required for PA to deliver and facilitate a range of workshops as well as provide strategic advice and guidance to support the segmentation, separation and physical transfer of the case management system to the new BSR infrastructure whilst ensuring an appropriate instance of the developed system remains on HSE's infrastructure to ensure we are able to retain access to the appropriate components and functionality required to meet our needs going forwards.
PA will also be required to support and advise on the physical transfer of the system to the new bodies infrastructure.
PA Consulting has a vast understanding of the BSR Programs and services as they support the development and therefore have the skillset and knowledge base required to support a successful transition from the start. The delivery of the support will include various call-off periods, and HSE will only pay for the effort once it has been approved. The anticipated cost for the support over the period will not exceed £5 000 000.00 (£5 Mil) and will be calculated based on the existing contract rate card. It is not possible to consider other tender options that are expected to take between 6-12 months to conclude.
