The Supplier shall provide the following functionality as part of the True Compliance system:

- PDF Reading Technology: Advanced parsing of PDF certificates to extract and validate relevant data fields.
- Workflow Management: Allocation, tracking, and management of remedial actions to support timely resolution.
- Real-time Dashboards: Customisable dashboards to monitor compliance metrics and performance indicators.
- User Access Control: Role-based user permissions with configurable access levels for internal staff and third-party service providers.
- Data Backup and Extraction: On-demand data exports and backups for client-held records and evidence.
