Key takeaways from the HMG guidance are to focus on both outcomes and behaviours, and delivering a robust review which picks up public sector themes such as Managing Public Money and views from sponsoring departments. The NDA wants a common approach to be taken across the group on performance reviews, and therefore one provider to provide broadly the same standardised reviews.
