The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) Project Team within Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) are preparing to initiate a competitive procurement process to award a contract for the Battle of Britain Memorial integrated Support Arrangement Programme (BISAP) - Propulsion (Propellers).
