Coverage: 71 active published awards; 46 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale
Planning budgetNot published |
No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleThe Barco weConnect solution is the only SaaS solution that provides ALL of the functions
for remote teacher and student engagement required by Jisc:
1) Teacher view with students split across multiple screens, with configurable groups of
students on each screen.
2) Ability to setup different room configurations within software, eg virtual classroom,
collaboration room and hybrid classroom.
3) Polls, quizzes and student questions
4) Participation analysis by student
5) Connection of additional audio and video inputs for concurrent use.
6) The ability to manage all of the above through a single web interface.
Therefore we are clear that it falls within the regulation justification 32 b) ii) where services
can be supplied only by a particular economic operator as competition is absent for technical
reasons. |
