The engagement indicated limited supplier capability to deliver the required ExFlow implementation within the existing D365 F&O configuration and transition timeline. On this basis, and due to technical compatibility requirements and continuity risks linked to Axtension end-of-support, the Authority intends to proceed with a direct award.
