Coverage: 106 active published awards; 105 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale

No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleAs part of the overall delivery of the Peebles Community Campus project, the Council requires the services of a client facing Architect to lead on the extended community consultation and stakeholder engagement. Stallan Brand are currently appointed as technical Architect for the design and construction stage. The Council considers that best value can be achieved by appointing the same Architect for consistency and their knowledge of the project to date. The services will extend through to the successful completion of the project, including client fit out and commissioning. |
