Published requirement descriptionLiverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking to appoint suitably qualified, experienced suppliers to provide a range of land, property and asset valuation services across its diverse operational and commercial estate.
These services are required to support the effective management, governance and strategic development of the Authority's assets, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, accounting, insurance and asset management requirements.
It is anticipated that the procurement will be structured into the following Lots:
Lot 1: Insurance Valuations
Lot 2: Commercial/Public Asset Valuations
Lot 3: DEC for non-dwellings public/operational Buildings
Lot 4: Other Asset-Related Services
