Norfolk County Council is replacing its asset management database system with centralised fault management facilities. The Solution is intended to support the management of Traffic Signal equipment and other highway-associated systems. The Solution is intended to act as a UTMC-compliant hub interfacing with the existing UTC traffic signal control system and the Traffic Signal Maintenance Supplier’s Fault Management System. It will support daily asset management, replacing the current 'Osprey' UTMC compliant XML CDMF system.
