- Change Optional 1 year extension, Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The Authority has modified the Call-Off Contract awarded under Crown Commercial Service framework RM6259 (Vertical Application Solutions). The stated basis for the modification is regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, subject to the confirmation set out below. Additional software licences have been added as they became necessary to meet the Authority's requirements. The modification comprises these licences and managed cloud services, with a value of £64,121 excluding VAT. The modification remains within the scope of the original requirement and does not alter the overall nature of the Contract, its core services, delivery model, supplier or procurement objectives.
