Published requirement descriptionThe project is for the provision of St Malachy’s Primary School for Education Authority (NI) which is 1,628 sqm new build development of a 7 classroom, 206 pupil Primary School. The project shall include full construction works, mechanical and
electrical services, external and site development works including soft play, hard play and provision for 24 parking spaces. The site is located at Chapel Lane, Co. Armagh.
- How the procedure runs: The Procurement Process shall follow a two-stage process. Stage One shall assess the Conditions of Participation. Stage two shall assess the Award Criteria of Quality, Social Value and Price. The contract will be awarded to the supplier submitting the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT).

The Education Authority Northern Ireland (EANI) in preparation for the procurement process for the Appointment of an Integrated Supply Team for St Malachy's Primary School, Armagh are holding a Pre-Market Engagement Event via Teams on Wednesday 13th July 2025 from 2pm-3pm, which shall discuss the upcoming project.
Suppliers who wish to participate in the Pre-Market Engagement event should complete the Pre-Market engagement Microsoft Form registration which can be downloaded from CfT CA Unique ID EANI-4855, CfT documents section on eTendersNI. The form for registration to the event must be completed and submitted no later than 5pm on Thursday 7th August 2025.
Please note that participation or non-participation in the above mentioned Pre-Market Engagement event does not prevent any supplier from participating in any potential procurement process. For the avoidance of doubt, this event is not part of the formal procurement process.
