Call off Contract using the Crown Commercial Services, Technology Services 3 agreement RM6100 for a Managed Service for Apply for Things Delivery.
Contract description: To develop, manage and continuously improve a suite of “Apply for Things” services within the Migration and Borders Technology Portfolio.
The Buyer’s requirements will be delivered through Statements of Work. The initial Statement of Work is appended as Annex 4 (Statement of Work 1). Each new Statement of Work agreed by the parties shall be incorporated into this Order Form as a new Annex and form part of the Contract.

A change of contractor is not feasible for technical and economic reasons, as it would result in significant inconvenience due to the need for security clearance, knowledge transfer, and dual-running overheads, which would delay critical outcomes and duplicate prior discovery and integration efforts.
