What is being bought
CEC is delivering a programme to engage the Alternative Provision sector to increase the number of high-quality work experience opportunities offered to young people in Alternative Provision settings across England. Our aim is to commission a framework for up to 10 suppliers with the appropriate expertise to support the programme's aims and objectives including delivery of:
- Senior Leadership Engagement with AP System Leadership to deliver system readiness
- Curriculum design, to ensure work experience is embedded within wider Alternative Provision curriculum and pathways
- Employer partnerships, to build employer confidence, capability and appetite to offer high quality work experience opportunities to learners in Alternative Provision
