Coverage: 29 active published awards; 20 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedcancelledPublished valueNot publishedThis procurement is for an Energy Price Signals study only. This Energy Price Signals study should provide an evidence based ‘menu’ of options for what new energy price signals could look like, and an assessment of how those options may enhance opportunities for cost-effective decarbonisation. The final evidence-based option needs to be practically implementable as part of a possible testing environment. The findings from the Energy Price Signals study will be crucial in supporting BEIS to shape the next steps of the AEM programme. This is the first contract that sits within the AEM programme. Subject to further decisions being made by BEIS, with support from Ofgem, to progress with the next steps of the programme, any further work will be procured separately.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
