Coverage: 99 active published awards; 99 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

An urgent award is required to enable timely assessment to those deemed to require this and to maintain continuity of care for the patients currently in titration or under shared care. There is a high clinical risk to patients who require ongoing medication reviews and assessments in the event of any disruption in treatment. Patients can only be initiated on ADHD medication by a specialist provider and can only be prescribed ADHD medication in primary care under shared care arrangements with a specialist provider. This is because the medications are classed as AMBER drugs under the GMMMG Formulary. Patients on these drugs are required to have routine medication reviews by the specialist service to maintain safe prescribing. This contract is for 12 months from 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2026. The maximum contract value will be £1,146,000. Award decision-makers: Corporate Director of Finance - Commissioning & Financial Assurance and the Executive Committee on behalf on NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board. No conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of the individuals making the decision identified. The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the regulations.
