Coverage: 1 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThe A400M Delivery Team, part of the UK Ministry of Defence ( “the Authority”), intends to amend its contract (A400M/089) with Vistair Systems Ltd to extend the duration for a period of six months with a six-month option to further extend, and uplift the current contractual value up to approximately £471,000 and a further £511,000 for an additional six months to facilitate competition to re-tender for the service completes. It is considered that the variation does not alter the scope of nature of the Contract thus not material. As such the Contract can be varied to facilitate a robust competition and transition period while ensuring operational capability. |
