The supplier owns IPR to CEMAR Software. The Contract Software "CEMAR SaaS" is required to manage NEC4 Infrastructure Projects at HMNB Devonport & Rosyth which is to enhance operational capabilities of Dock to maintain and dismantle In Service / Retired Submarines
- Risks
The Supplier must immediately disconnect its G-Cloud Services from the PSN if the PSN Authority considers there is a risk to the PSN’s security and the Supplier agrees that the Buyer and the PSN Authority will not be liable for any actions, damages, costs, and any other Supplier liabilities which may arise.
