Coverage: 1 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThere was a competition in April 2023. There were no tender responses.
Following the failed competition we approached all interested parties were approached. One response was received stating that time frames stated in original competition were impossible but they did have a training aid that could be adapted to our requirements. In response the authority have concluded that a single source contract award is the only viable route to procurement. |
