Published requirement descriptionCambridgeshire County Council requires providers of Supervised Family Time, located in the Eastern Region, and across the Country, to support the Council to meet their statutory duty to ensure children enjoy time with family.
This is to supplement the Council's own in house supervised family time service who cannot meet the current demand due to volume or when children live a distance from Cambridgeshire.
Note that the total estimated value of the framework is £1,500,000. There is no guarantee of the actual spend through the framework

Published description of the framework
The framework will be divided into two tiers. To get a place in tier 1 of the framework, bidders must meet the minimum requirements and submit prices within the tier 1 ceiling rates (see tender documents for information on minimum requirements and ceiling rates).
Bidders that meet the minimum requirements, but do not submit prices within the tier 1 ceiling rates, will be awarded a place in tier 2 of the framework. Providers in tier 1 will be prioritised in further competitions for individual referrals.
In accordance with the flexibility allowed for light touch services. providers may be added to a framework agreement during its term via an open competitive process. Providers already awarded a place on the framework will not be required to re-apply.

It is anticipated, that during the life of this framework, the Local Government Reform (LGR) process will commence and/or progress potentially impacting this contract. Impacts may include, but are not limited to, modifications such as a novation of the legal entity you currently contract with, increases and/or decreases in the value/volume of services required due to the change in size/scope of the Contracting Authority, and/or changes to the scope of the nature of services required. Although any contract scope changes should broadly relate to the nature of the existing scope, new services of a related nature may be required that were not previously included.
The scale and exact timing of the changes are unknown at this point, but it is known that LGR will impact Cambridgeshire County Council. All suppliers who work with the Authority need to be aware and where possible, work with the Authority to adapt to any
changes/modifications as required to ensure smooth transition and continuity of services.
