Coverage: 257 active published awards; 256 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedcancelledPublished valueNot publishedTo deliver a framework and pathway for alternative post 16 providers, who will provide education provision to meet the needs of young people with EHCP’s, between the ages of 16 and 25. Currently post-16 education provision is negotiated on a case-by-case basis by the statutory assessment team. This procurement will ensure compliance with the council’s contract procedure rules, and a more strategic approach to the post-16 pathway. There is a CCC Children’s External Placements DPS, which has been open for an initial term of five (5) years commencing on 1st April 2019 and ending on 31st March 2024 with the options to extend for an initial period of two (2) years, then after further review, for another two-year-period to a final one (1) year extension (5+2+2+1), up to a maximum of ten (10) years from the date of the original contract date. The Post 16 Framework & Pathway DPS will start on 8th January 2024 and end on 31st March 2026, then has a +2 +1 extension, to ensure both DPS’s are aligned. The new arrangements for the Post 16 Framework & Pathway will sit alongside this DPS but will be separate because although there are some similarities to out of school provision, this DPS is materially different to other lots in the CCC Children’s External Placements DPS. This is a CCC PDPS, but PCC will be able to make placements via call off. CCC & PCC commissioners are part of the project. Additional information: This procurement is the setting up of a “Pseudo” Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) under the light touch provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Chapter 3, Section 7 – Social and Other Specific Services). The PDPS will remain open for new applications but will be evaluated every six months, or at other intervals at the Authority’s discretion. Potential providers who were previously unsuccessful will be able to re-apply.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
