Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

    • Change Post Contract Award Enhancements FM Supplier Onboarding Following implementation, significant changes were made to the system to improve functionality and drive efficiencies in the way we work with our FM Supplier. Asset Tagging Data Load and Population of Asset Records This was a major milestone, providing us with comprehensive asset information across the estate. We now have a much clearer understanding of what equipment we own and when maintenance activities are due, enabling more strategic decision-making and cost savings. SFG20 Development Another significant enhancement that has substantially improved both the system functionality and FM operational delivery. System Enhancements and Data Uploads A series of system improvements and data uploads have been completed to enhance overall performance and data quality. PPM Re-Upload and Rationalisation This enabled a focus on critical and essential maintenance activities only, delivering considerable efficiencies and helping to generate significant cost savings. API Development The API enables seamless transfer of reactive helpdesk information, reducing manual intervention and delivering efficiencies through reduced resource demand. CPI Inflation Uplift Incorporated into the yearly increase costs. Additional Cloud Storage Storage capacity has been increased from 50GB to 300GB to accommodate the growth in data and documentation requirements. SFG20 transition to Facilities IQ - Essential transition as SFG20 is being sunset, Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The modification will increase the value of the Contract by 22.12% of the original value. The contracting authority is relying on Regulation 72.1 .b. due to economic and technical reasons connected with the exclusive rights and that a change of contractor would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority.
