The Council wishes to consult with organisations that have relevant experience in the delivery and management of residential accommodation to ensure that we have explored all opportunities available to us to increase provision. The Council would be open to more innovative solutions including the possibility of sourcing the block booking of a small hotel, serviced apartments or student accommodation  for a period of 12-24 months Additional information: Initially the Council will be seeking views on 3 options, there will be a market consultation questionnaire available via the Chest portal.  Those who wish to be involved in this consultation, should express an interest in the project and complete the questionnaire document."
