External legal support is required to undertake a detailed comparative legal analysis of EU and GB energy regulatory frameworks, identifying areas of alignment, divergence and potential barriers to implementation or future policy development. This will include consideration of both current legislative and regulatory requirements as well as anticipated future reforms in the EU and GB markets.
