        "description": "The Supplier:\t\t\nThe MoJ is seeking expressions of interests (EOIs) from providers who can demonstrate:\n•\tExperience and expertise in designing, developing and delivering professional trauma-informed courses which meet different learning styles and needs and fulfil a multi-agency approach. \n•\tHave experience and understanding in designing and delivering training services for a range of stakeholders.\n•\tAn understanding of the court experience from the perspective of a RASSO victim or have evidence working in this space and supporting vulnerable people. \nThe Training Package:\n•\tA bespoke trauma-informed training day for multi-agency groups of victim-facing staff working within the three SSVS courts (including clerks, ushers, Crown Prosecution Service, police, security).\n•\tBased on numbers from the three pilot courts in 2022, we are looking at ~450 people going through the training. Please note at this point this is a rough estimate.\n•\tTraining should be delivered face-to-face, workshop style in an interactive and engaging manner, using real life examples aiming to increase understanding and change behaviour of court staff towards RASSO victims. \n•\tThe training will develop staff understanding of; \no\tTrauma and the multiple experiences of it, challenging misconceptions about these \no\tThe court experience\no\tThe need for trust/empowerment of victims\no\tTrauma responses and dispelling rape myths relating to these\no\tVicarious/secondary trauma and compassion fatigue\n•\tThe course will need to cover a wide range of staffing groups and will therefore need to be developed to have bespoke elements for this learning audience (court staff).  \n•\tA monitorable system with effective feedback and evaluation processes in place (e.g. pre and post training questionnaires and a follow-up focus group).\nPlease note that this is NOT a tendering exercise, it is an initial market engagement exercise to gauge market interest and understand the scope of this requirement.\nInterested Suppliers:\nPlease include the following details in your response:\n•\tFull name \n•\tCompany/ Organisation name \n•\tContact details \n•\tBrief outline of relevant experience (1 page max.)\n•\tPricing estimate for the development of the training package and delivery of the training (non-binding at this stage)\nWe welcome answers to the below questions:\n1.\tDoes your organisation have the resources to design these courses?
