This tender\nprocess seeks to identify and select 8 housing developers/providers who will have the\nopportunity to engage in mini-competitions to develop housing schemes on Council-owned\nland assets.\nThe Framework intends to intervene in the market where there is unmet need for particular\ntypes of accommodation.
