Coverage: 29 active published awards; 20 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The objective of this PIN is to invite suppliers to further 1:1 market engagement sessions in relation to the RIMNET Nuclear Monitor Network procurement. The purpose of the sessions will be to learn from market expertise, finalise a deliverable specification and confirm the market’s capability to deliver the requirement.
BEIS requires suppliers to sign and return the attached NDA by COP Monday 14th February, so that background information (e.g. full specification, Q&As from the market engagement survey sent in November 2021, monitor user manuals, monitor data displays, API Bridge specification, breakdown of service components which will need costing) can be shared. We would also like to advise suppliers that all sessions will be recorded to enable us to address supplier questions and finalise the specification.
