Retender radar: UK public contracts ending soon

Every contract on Find a Tender with a published end date in the future, one row per contract (lot). A contract ending is a procurement starting — unless the buyer uses a published extension option, which the row shows. Frameworks and DPS are marked: what ends there is the vehicle, not one supplier’s contract.

How to read the radar
  • End date is the contract period end the buyer published on Find a Tender. Contracts without an end date are not on the radar.
  • Extension option means the notice publishes a renewal or option clause; the buyer may extend instead of retendering. Hide them to see contracts that must be re-procured.
  • Incumbent is the canonical supplier on the award behind the contract. A panel (several suppliers on one award) is shown as a panel — no single incumbent is invented.
  • Annual run-rate = published GBP value ÷ published term, only for a single supplier, a term of six months or more and a plain contract (not a framework or DPS ceiling).
  • Counts are exact from the nightly projection when you filter by horizon and sector only; any other filter shows a bounded total — exact up to 1,000 contracts, an honest “1,000+” floor above that.
