What is being bought

Published requirement description

The purpose of this procurement is to obtain an organisational licence for a satellite-based county-wide traffic data service, with unlimited user logins within the organisation, accessible via a web portal. The traffic data required for effective in-house analysis across all relevant teams are Origin-Destination data, Traffic count data, and Live Route Monitoring data.
