Legal Tasking - Standardised Contract Template

Specialist legal support is required for the following tasks before the ITTs are issued:

• Review and assure the template document in compliance with current MOD policy.
• Engage with DIO Commercial to review feedback and agree on necessary amendments

to the draft terms.

• Provide comprehensive justifications for each proposed change or existing alteration to

the standard Terms and Conditions.

• Adjust the contract terms to incorporate decisions made during discussions with DIO

Commercial.

• Potentially revise the existing clause concerning the 2-stage process.
