Our process will be based on a restricted procedure. ASW will comply with the requirements of Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 which are procedurally less prescriptive than those of Chapter 2. Whilst our process will be based on a restricted procedure we will not be held to be required to comply with Chapter 2 requirements.
