  • Provide quarterly service reports, focusing on software version upgrades, MACDs, Patches, and SLA achievement
  • Carry out repairs if instructed by The Contracting Authority within the agreed 4 hour SLA
  • Carry out emergency repairs within the agreed 4 hour SLA
