Following an internal approval process Constellia were instructed by Bristol City Council to directly award a contract for homes acquisitions and related works to the Simply Phi Group (Simply Phi) with Phi Property Acquisitions Limited being contracted for the acquisitions and Phi Works Limited for the works.
