  • Ensure a tenant liaison contacts the tenants within a council property undertaking an induction to the works and supplying all necessary information and dates.
  • Visiting a specified property and measuring the existing windows.
  • Supply and delivery of windows meeting the minimum specification and style as stated on the task order and agreed with ERYC.
  • Removal of existing windows and disposal.
  • Installation of supplied windows as agreed.
  • Installation of lintel to openings as necessary.
  • All necessary making good around window opening as caused by the above works.
  • Provide completed Handover Inspection Record
