***THIS NOTICE IS FOR MARKET ENGAGEMENT ONLY***<br/><br/>NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of NHS Coventry and Warwickshire ICB are seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers to provide a vasectomy service. The service aims to provide a cost-effective, high-quality vasectomy service that will ensure consistent levels of care, performance and accessibility for the male population of Coventry and Warwickshire.<br/><br/>Interested providers are invited to provide their views on the provision of this service by completing a short questionnaire designed to canvas the opinions of potential providers. Additional information: The Provider Selection Regime (PSR) applies to the services outlined in this notice. As such, the award of any contract that may transpire following completion of any market engagement will be subject the the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this requirement.<br/><br/>In addition, the ICB will not be bound to proceed with any process described under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 as a result of this market engagement exercise, nor will it be bound to award any contract.
